The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the location wa great, right by the airport but you'd still need to use their free shuttle service (which I think if I had any complaint it was just that the shuttle took a little longer than I'd have liked to pick us up from the airport where the waiting area for the shuttles is outside and it was about 35 degrees outside).
