2. Much I liked downtown though, I prefer staying in Buckhead because of the more upscale enviroment and its relative distance from downtown which ensures a quieter, more restful stay.

4. The only downside is that you have to pay for parking, but you have to pay for any hotel pretty much in downtown Atlanta.

5. I even rushed downtown to check in at the hotel early because I knew we weren't going to arrive until later and I didn't want to take the chance that because we booked on Hotwire that we would hear, 'No, we can't accomodate this or no we can't accomodate that.

7. The World of Coca-Cola, the Aquarium, Underground Atlanta, Centennal Olympic Park and the Museum of Patriotism are must sees in downtown and there are many other good res- taurants and clubs here as well.
