4. Very disappointing - we could live with the construction going on on the 14th Street Bridge, the slightly older building, a few nonfunctional electrical outlets - but poop on the toilet seat was unacceptable.

5. The one caveat is that the 14th street bridge across the interstate is under construction, which makes the formerly easy on-off-access from I-75 and walking proximity to the MARTA subway stop a bit of a problem - no fault of the property - just a caveat.
