3. The room was clean, however the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the phone didn't work, neither did the lone treadmill - and they had groups of people loitering around the front smoking in the morning and evening.

10. The next day my door broke and I was locked out of my room, but the staff got right to work, opened it and got my stuff out, and immediately moved me to a nicer room.
