5. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport seemed very reliable (there is also a local business shuttle), but the shuttle picking up from the airport was extremely late when I arrived, and the driver almost missed the stop - I had to run down the sidewalk with my suitcase and then he didn't even help me with my bag.
