1. They are true suites: a sitting area with a desk, a sofa and TV, and our bedroom had two double beds, a closet, another desk, and an armoire with another TV.

2. The lobby appears to have been recently refurbished, but our room looked a little tired with a sticking folding closet door and a tear in a sofa cushion (maybe smoking rooms aren't high on the list for remodeling?).
