1. When the taxi dropped off us at the hotel, there were 2 ladies behind the front desk who watched me attempt to carry my 2 year old daughter, a suitcase, a car seat, and a diaper bag into the hotel.

5. I'm aware that it was very late and, chances are no one was scheduled to help out at the door, but, it was rather frustrating to look up and see the 2 ladies at the front desk just watching me struggle.
