1. We had no knowledge of the construction that was going on inside and outside the hotel and our biggest complaint would be the lack of customer service in the lounge area.

2. Next time, I'll probably stay closer to a Metro station, but I don't have any problem recommending this hotel to anyone who needs quick access to the airport or surrounding areas.
