6. The bottom sheet had been put on sideways and left a gap of about 12 inches at the top and 4 inches at the bottom of the bed showing the mattress there.

8. Next we found that the cordless phone was not working; we used the corded phone to ask for help and eventually a technician showed up and found that the cordless phone had not been plugged in to the outlet behind the bed.

9. After several more attempts we finally were transferred to a lady who said she was the manager and when told about the bed linen problem, said she would take care of it; she never expressed any surprise nor did she apologize.
