4. They did decide to provide extra shuttle runs (at the last minutes) to accomodate guest needs, so they were responsive.

5. The hotel was decent for the price; however this was the 34th year of this event which draws 100,000 plus into the area and tehhotel was ill-eqipped to handle questions, provide the advertised shuttle and seemed understaffed overall.

6. The hotel provides an hourly shuttle service to Rosslyn metro station which is really convenient if you want to go to the National Mall and other places along the metro trails.

Despite rooms look recently renovated but realy not, carpet smells, bathrooms not compfortabe & crowded, electric outlets don't work same as coffe machins & tv remote control, stafe barly speak english, very hard to communicate, all night long noise, and early disterbant noise, free morning coffe in loby is not as expected, only good feature is the shuttle bus to merto stations & location.
