The service is terrible due to understaffing (the few staff members around are smart and courteous), the rooms are not well maintained, the internet is non-functional, I found several womens' hairs in my supposedly clean towels (I had no female guests), and the overall experience of this hotel was bad.

3. it looked clean at first but when turning the nobs to take a shower, there was dirt underneath, like they only cleaned what you would first see, also, altho we got fresh towels everyday, they smelled like maple syrup?!it was very strange, the housekeeping is not very clean at all.

4. The free breakfeast had a lack of selection (waffel, toast or cereal) the towel bar next to the sink was more above the sink, making it extremely hard not to hit it with your shoulder.

5. when we got to the hotel we found it not what we expected, went to shower the next morning and no towels , very disapointed.
