1. Told them we did not want our room to be cleaned(had shopped at outlet malls and didn't want someone to steal our stuff) but someone entered our room anyways(we rigged the door after the poor service we got at reception).

5. I came back a few weeks later and was refused service because he didnt like it that i stood up to him I have been staying there for years on my trips to the city of Syracuse.

7. My complaint was that the wireless service monitors where you go on the Internet and would not let you go to websites that it deemed unacceptable, and to me, THAT was unacceptable.
