1. The beach towel situation at the hotel wasn't very good as you had to turn in towel cards to receive towels and they never seemed to have towels available when we went by to get a towel so we had to go without towels for much of the time.

2. One day we received no large towels in our room and we went to the front desk to tell them and they said they would send someone right away.
