1. There was no mattress cover; no fitted bottom sheets, they simply used a top sheet that was too small to effictively cover the bed.

3. Basic amenities, no fluff, just great for a one or two night stay for business or dropping off your child at school which is what I did.

5. The staff was excellent; they accomodated us without question and did not charge a premium rate for the room even though they knew we had no alternatives and did not have an advance reservation.
