1. I'm sorry to say it, but we didn't get a clean, comfortable room until our third try; we had to request new rooms two times due to mold on the bathroom ceiling, missing remote, faulty heater/AC, excrement on the toilet seat, etc. The service staff was generally annoyed by our requests, and I can't recommend this motel to anyone.
