3. I was quoted 169 a night when I made my reservation but when I went to check out they had charged me a rate of 200 - the clerk did change the rate but it was frustrating to know that they were trying to raise my rate.

5. The day of the last class my husband was attending he requested a late check out, as that lasted till 5 p.m. He allowed one hour so that I had to be out of the room at noon.
