1. Staff was helpful, everytime we'd go out and return to our room, they would clean the room and restock on the starbucks coffee, towels, etc. great room service all around.

2. althought it was older you could tell the owner kept gr-8 pride in the hotel the only down side i found was the towels smelled like smoke :( but overall i loved the hotel.
