1. We arrived around ten after a long flight and were unable to get food or a drink (whether at the bar or via room service), and resorted to walking to the travelodge nearby to get both at a reasonable price.

4. The rooms are small, the staff are unhelpful (and make no attempt to help you with your bags), and the bar closes early and doesn't serve food late.
