1. Have to say that while the initial check in experience was good and the staff was pleasant, I will never stay there and would be very reluctant to ever stay at any of their locations - again.

2. The night I stayed there (6/5/09) the place was packed and while it took a while to check in, the front desk person was nice.

3. The hotel personnel at check-in gave us a map of the facility, identifying the 'coke' machine and ice machine locations, but did not say a thing about them not functioning out being removed.
