1. PROS: The room was clean & odor-free, the bed was comfortable (enough) and bedbug-free, a selectable shower head and strong hot water, and more channels than we are used to on a hotel TV.

Pros: -Terrific location with the following within walking distance: a BART station, several restaurants, a 24 hour drug store etc -Free continental breakfast -Free shuttle to and from the airport -Comfortable beds and pillows -Friendly staff -Have flyers for BART etc at the front desk Cons: -It doesn't say on the site that you have to call for the shuttle.

3. Only thing that bothered us is the ""queen"" bed is really a full so it was a tight squeeze for 2 plump adults and with the beds so high up, I was definitely worried about falling out when hubby rolled over but it worked out.
