Note: Free
parking
on weekends would probably entice more locals .

I also think that the
parking
fee was a nuisance--they obviously had plenty of room for cars but they still charged you $16 per night to self park.

Marriott needs to discontinue the
parking
charge on weekends, since there is nowhere to go without a car it the hotel's location, especially with the economy the way it is.

Bill padding, e.g. large amount of onsite
parking
requiring additional payment, with few viable alternative options, more than a little mercenary.

However I felt upset when I found out at checkout that they do charge $16 per day for self
parking
at the hotel where no other businesses near by even need a gate for their
parking
.

Also, no one tells me at check in and other places except on a sign at the
parking
gate at the less obvious place.

location-there is nothing within walking distance that a tourist would want to see (however, it's a short drive to the city and easy to get to);
parking
is $16 a day.
