Had a wonderful time with my son staying at the beach- was right across the street from the beach- close to places to eat- was very close to legoland-about a mile and 1/2- the first night was perfect but the second night got a little noisy, with noisy neighbors- motel had plenty of parking and easy to get into.

2. Parking is small, place is kind of older, no elevators, so you gotta take your luggage up the stairs, carpet needs to be cleaned big time, I wouldn't walk barefoot in them.

3. The Persian restaurant in the same parking lot has loud belly dancing music every night and then you can hear them washing dishes and dumping trash until 11pm.

4. Parking, not so good and a bit tight but we had no probs with our compact, SUV's had a bit of a time trying to get in.
