1. Nice area, easy parking, Denny's next door, hot water, convenient location near freeway and Quail Botanical Garden (we easily drowned out the freeway noise with the fan) - just wish they had a jacuzzi.

2. The breakfast isn't one you want to do fie days a week but it's a quick walk four blocks straight down to the biggest park and beach in the area for kids and families, Dennys restaurant right on the same property so quick food if needed.
