1. The only drawback other than the distance to tourist attractions is that the neighborhood is not great and the small swinning pool is not convenient to use (no privacy, shade in later hours or outdoor furniture - it did look clean, but that was from the parking lot - I didn't check closer).

3. All we wanted was coffee, but there were several nice options and the lady in charge of keeping breakfast clean and stocked was diligent and friendly.

4. I never used the pool either--it looked clean, but it was small (the size of a large hot tub) and faced the intersection of Madison and Magnolia.
