1. The ladies at the front desk were really helpful and had good interpersonal skills; we asked them a lot of questions about different restaurants in the area, and they were really helpful.

2. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful - staff on hand to help and restock as needed - the front staff politely helped in locating area shopping (even got out a map to give us) 2 restaurants within walking distance - 1 fastfood and a small gas/grocery store in front of hotel.
