4. A hotel of this level should include it's fixed "extras" such as the resort fee of $25 per day, in the initial price.

5. also, prices for food/drinks are OUTRAGEOUS; usually, I don't mind paying more since you are on vacation and at a high end resort, but our bill for food and drinks by the pool was laughable- I thought they made a mistake.
