1. The sheets and pillowcases were clean, as were the bathrooms, but the blankets had some dried white splotches on them.

2. Carpet needed a good cleaning and vacuuming, blankets were disgusting, air conditioner was noisy to the point of turning it off during the night, small fridge whined with no way to turn it off, no hair dryer in the room.
