7. We asked for more pillows (since the previous stay in South Dakota at Holiday Inn Express spoiled us with 4 pillows per bed) but were supplied only with 2 more, and the reason was because other people had removed pillows from the hotel leaving a short supply.

8. The box-spring mattresses of each bed had the batting cloth underneath hanging down, damaged and unsightly, the bathroom wall showed poor patch work that wasn't finished, The hairdryer was in poor shape with a tangled cord, tub faucets loose, room lights that didn't work properly, refrigerator door catches on floor instead of opening smoothly, slow bath drain.
