5. Our room faced north, had two comfortable queen beds, not much on the cable TV, a radio/alarm clock, Internet access cost $11 (which you would think would be a free amenity -- but the room was a killer deal)and a cool pool on an atrium level.

6. When we called the front desk, the lady that answered was rude because I guess she had to deal with other frustrated customers who couldnt check out.
