1. After traveling for 12 hours from the West Coast and finding the hotel so full there was nearly no parking, I was distressed to climb two flights with all my luggage and find my room smelled worse than an old-school nursing home.

4. no wake up calls and the office closes at 11pm so if you were late or had a problem it would not be an easy fix.
