2. I would imagine there is only a fraction of the hotel-staying population that don't travel with a laptop and the cost of providing this service can't be much compared to the value it gives guests.

3. But the cost of transfer from Airport to Hotel and back to Airport was way to expensive I could have rented a car for the three days we were their for the same price.
