On walking the halls, it did
appear
that some items needed updating, but other items, fixtures, carpeting and furniture were new additions and I had the feeling that this was a hotel that could easily move to the next level.

I went to the front desk in person to stress urgency and then the maintenance man

We had messages from previous guest's friends on our room phone, leftover food in the fridge from the previous guest, and the tub did not

to have been cleaned (I refused to give my son a bath in it).
