1. They may need more people to help with the complimentary breakfast--lobby was very crowded and they didn't seem to be able to keep up with demand.

2. Since we missed the complimentary breakfast because of the early flight, the person at the front desk allowed us to grab some food, free of charge, from the convenience store area.
