1. Though very close to the university it is on the highway, so there isn't anything within walking distance, so if that's important to you, this wouldn't be the place, but for someone looking for clean, comfortable and convenient it's a great spot.

3. The only small minor problem guests would have is that if you do not have a car, it would be very difficult to find a place to eat because there are absolutely no restaurants within walking distance.
