1. My only complaint was that we had loud neighbors late into the night and their crying baby in the early AM, every day.

2. We were traveling with a baby and really needed a fridge, we though we would have one, the people at the front desk at check in, told us those rooms were a higher rate, and that the internet service we booked with got the info wrong.
