1. Cigarette burn-holes in the comforter, nasty stains on the ceilings, walls, lampshades, wallpaper pealing back from every corner, laminate pealing back away from tub due to water damage, stain along outside of tub.

2. Every day our room smelled like someone just finished smoking a cigar in it, and even though it was a "non-smoking" room, there was an ashtray in it, nicotine stains all over the ceiling, and there was no getting rid of the odor.
