1. I was nickel and dimed because room cleaning and internet were a separate charge, and the internet was glacially slow.

9. Nothing really wrong with my room, there was a woman at checkin who had dirty sheets in her room but this was fixed, later the same room complained her nonsmoking room stunk like smoke.
