3. Nice amenities such as a washer/dryer for longer stays, an exercise room with a variety of equipment-clean and freshly stocked with towels, nice sized pool and hot tub, internet in room as well as a nicely stocked business center, and 7x24 coffee station.

4. 75, so I wouldn't recommend that and we didn't find out that morning coffee was complimentary until we were checking out.

5. I do wish we had been told upon check-in that morning coffee was included with the room, as we didn't learn this until the last day, and I also wish that a morning paper was included in the price, rather than as a "call us if you *don't* want it so we won't automatically charge you extra for it" deal -- seems rather a sneaky way to overcharge you.
