3. The restaurant had just opened when I arrived, but I did have a drink (which was great!) and spent a few minutes talking with the bartender (Mitch, I think) and the guest service agent (Travis).

5. The hotel is Very close to the airport and they have a shuttle service to most anywhere you want to go within reasonable distance.

6. My husband is a Hilton Diamond member which may have encouraged even better customer service, but I would still consider this above and beyond - more than we have gotten at other Hilton family hotels.
