1. This hotel was in a great location for our trip as we were scouting areas of Chandler and Gilbert for a home to buy.

I would also suggest calling ahead to see if they are having any kind of conventions, we happened to stay while there was a huge religious convention that over run the hotel, and I'm all for people having religion, but not when they take up all the lobby area, and are doing crazy things to each other that my toddler looks at and gets scared.

10. Hot water to room 10 minutes, washing machine broken, printers in business area out of ink, staff was very unfriendly when asked to change rooms etc.
