5. My check-in was a breeze, very nice clerk at the desk who brought me a hair dryer and pool towels within minutes of me getting to my room.

8. Our room was very nice, and was appointed with refrigerator, microwave, nice bedding, nice towels, etc. The biggest problems were that we were on a corner room, which at times was loud, with people standing outside talking on the phone, at 6 AM.
