4 times to move to a comparable room that was quieter and we ended up getting a much nicer room.

I talked to the
front desk
who offered us gift certificates in exchange for our unused nights (no thank you) and when I went to get my husband and song at the pool to take them home, my 2 year old picked up a HUGE blue chunk of GLASS.
