Let me count the ways: (1) TV remote did not work, had to call maintenance (2) no coffee pot with in-room coffee maker (3) no WiFi in room except in the incredibly drafty cold lobby - two weeks later I still have a sinus cold 4) worthless ethernet connection did not function (5) early evening coffee from downstairs coffee pot was lukewarm (6) signature egg-covered English muffin breakfast dish was just OK (7) room was again cold due to direct in-draft of air from front door (8) One of my earlier worst meals was at a Ruby Tuesday's so I did not care to venture over to the adjacent RT for a re-heated pre-frozed dinner.
