3. I was worried from the previous reviews, but found it easy to find, cheery w/ flowers out front, clean, well maintained - someone was always cleaning rooms, hallways, elevators, dining area, etc, the pool was great for the kids, (hot tub pump did break the last day, but it was OK), the rooms were fine - all we did was sleep/bathe there.
