1. I guess if you were vacationing and didn't want to be bothered, the housekeeping service might not be an issue, but I prefer to have my bed made each day and clean towels provided.

7. ( the whole place is smoking I believe ) The sofa sleeper in this room was clean, the only problem was that it was directly against the AC and the AC blew right on the kids all night.
