It was about 40 mins from Disney, easy on/off the highway and close to restaurants and a few basic shops (like drug stores, grocery, etc. I highly recommend that if you stay here with kids, or even on a vacation, that you consider paying the $20 extra and stay on the 9th floor - the Concierge floor - it has a breakfast every morning and unlimited softdrinks, water, coffee, and fruit the rest of the day.
