It had a nice room size (we're a family of 5), great house-keeping, convenient laundry facility on each floor (which worked very well), nice pool, nice hot tub, outdoor tiki bar & super bartender lady, elevators worked great (I was happy because I read reviews where they were slow and we ended up on the top floor), delicious hot variety buffet breakfast.

3. The coin-op guest laundry located on each floor was clean and in good working order and the rate for use was very reasonable.

4. Although rooms in LBV were better (separate lounge) there was something really homely about this hotel, it's fairly small and easy to get around, handy laundry on every floor, bigger pool and heated too, pool and snack bar, mickey mouse waffles etc. etc. and the location is perfect.

6. The pool was nice and heated There is 1 washer and 1 dryer on each floor get your quarters before hand because there is no change machine and the front desk rarely had quarters also do your laundry late at night or really early in the morning otherwise you have a long wait.
