and Krishna claims that I couldn't have heard noise from 324 because they just returned from grocery shopping (which would corroborate my allegations).

Prior to providing my credit card I requested a quiet area and was assured by Tina (
front desk
) that the other long-term guests on the second floor REQUIRE quiet, so Tina assured me that I would be happy in room 224.

To make matters worse, shortly after 11pm, room 222 checked out a vacuum cleaner from the

(Jeff) and began vacuuming her room at 11pm.
