1. I feel that when people make their arrangements that the operator should ask questions like are you going to have fun or is this trip for business then the operator can better place the person where they should stay,some people like myself plan ahead so that monies want be an issue,if I had known that my hotel was where it was I would had picked a better hotel in a better location near the attractions.
