9. Upon arrival, no bellman was available to unload my bags from my brother's car onto their trolley.

10. The hotel was nice- exactly what we needed on a late arrival into the city- the employees were friendly- the only negatives were the VERY loud ice machine and our room being next to the elevator shaft- we were too tired to go back down to see about making a change.
